Shipping Policy – The Tool Tuckshop
1. General Information
The Tool Tuckshop (SERAFIN IMPORTS DOO) provides delivery of goods purchased via the website www.thetooltuckshop.rs or in-store, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law (“Official Gazette of RS,” No. 88/2021) and the Electronic Commerce Law (“Official Gazette of RS,” No. 41/2009). All deliveries are handled through reliable third parties (e.g., MILSPED), and the risk of transport is borne by the buyer, except in cases of defective goods. Fiscal receipts will be sent via email upon receipt of payment, whether by cash or other methods, unless an alternative delivery method is requested by the buyer.

3. Delivery Process
Delivery Timeframe: Goods are delivered within 3-5 business days from order confirmation, unless otherwise specified. Orders confirmed by 12:00 PM (noon) are processed the same day; orders placed after this time are processed the next business day.
Courier Services: Delivery is carried out through third parties (e.g., MILSPED). The buyer will receive tracking information via email or SMS after the shipment is dispatched.
Delivery Costs: Costs depend on the weight, dimensions of the goods, and the destination. The exact delivery cost will be displayed on the checkout page before order confirmation. All prices include VAT in accordance with Article 25 of the Consumer Protection Law.
Transport Risk: The risk of loss or damage to goods during transport is borne by the buyer, except if the goods are defective or non-compliant at the time of delivery (Article 43). In such cases, The Tool Tuckshop covers the costs of return shipping and replacement.
4. Local Pickup
Buyers may request local pickup at the address: Darvinova 8, Voždovac-Belgrade 11010, Serbia. Pickup requests must be submitted in advance via email (operations@thetooltuckshop.rs) or phone (+381 65 9268 049). Pickup is available during business hours (Monday-Friday, 9:00-17:00) upon confirmation of the request.
5. Delivery Issues
Delays: If goods are not delivered within the agreed timeframe (3-5 business days), the buyer is entitled to a refund or replacement, in accordance with Article 43 of the Consumer Protection Law. Contact us at operations@thetooltuckshop.rs for assistance.
Damaged or Defective Goods: If goods are damaged during transport or defective, the buyer must file a complaint within 2 years of purchase (Article 54). The Tool Tuckshop will provide free repair, replacement, or refund, including shipping costs.
Incorrect Delivery: If the wrong goods are delivered, the buyer should contact us within 7 days of receipt. The Tool Tuckshop will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
6. Liability
The Tool Tuckshop is not responsible for delays or damages caused by force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, strikes) or improper handling by third parties during transport. The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods upon receipt and reporting visible damages to the courier immediately.
