5. Submitting Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or are dissatisfied with our service, contact us directly at operations@thetooltuckshop.rs or in person at Darvinova 8, Voždovac-Belgrade 11010, Serbia. We will respond within 8 days of receiving the complaint.
If a dispute is not resolved amicably, you may contact the National Consumer Organization of Serbia or the competent court in Belgrade. For online purchases, the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform is available in accordance with EU Regulation 524/2013.
